The results of the 23rd edition of Latin Lawyer’s annual guide of the region’s most outstanding firms have just been announced.

It recognizes FERRERE as leader firm in the region, with special mention of its offices in Paraguay and Uruguay, with a team consisting of over 150 attorneys in three countries.
This year, the Latin Lawyer guide has made some changes with respect to previous years, in that it has classified firms as pertaining to one of the following categories: Elite, Highly Recommended or Recommended. In the two jurisdictions ranked, FERRERE obtained the highest recognition (Elite for Uruguay, and Highly Recommended for Paraguay).

In its report, the publication highlights 24 FERRERE practitioners in 21 practice areas, including: Corporate and M&A, Banking and Finance, Litigation and Arbitration, Energy, Project Financing and Infrastructure, Capital Markets, Labor, Taxes, Real Estate and Tourism, Intellectual Property, Commerce, Administrative Law, Anticorruption and Compliance, Insurance and Reinsurance, Telecommunications and Media, and Competition Law. FERRERE is likewise recognized for its work as a leading firm for its Pro Bono work, in both jurisdictions.

Additionally, Latin Lawyer underscores the broad and complete service FERRERE offers regionally – noting it as the only Uruguayan firm that has achieved expansion abroad – as well as its dynamism, ambition and professionalism in working on different scale projects.
