Lucía Rosso is a member of the FERRERE Banking & Finance and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) teams.
Her practice focuses on advice to local and international companies on development and financing of projects in a broad range of industries such as Electrical Energy, Renewable Energies, Construction, Infrastructure and Education, in the public and private sectors. She also counsels local and international companies on financial system and securities market matters.
She has extensive project finance experience with multilateral credit institutions, export credit agencies and international commercial banks, including financing of the Central Railway, Education 2, Circuit 7, Circuit 2 and Education 3 PPP Projects. She also participates in due diligence processes conducted as a condition for corporate transactions and mergers.
In the framework of community activities, she participates as tutor in the Jubilar High School tutorship program.
Since 2022 she has been an instructor in Contract Law at the Law School of Universidad de Montevideo.
