Cecilia Trujillo is a member of the FERRERE Banking and Finance team. Her practice focuses on corporate and Central Bank regulatory matters.

Her day-to day work includes advice to local and international companies, both on their everyday activities and on matters particularly related to the financial system and capital markets.

She also assists EF ASSET MANAGEMENT, the country’s most important private fund administrator, on its activities as financial trustee and investment fund administrator.

Before joining FERRERE she was an associate at one of Uruguay’s major law firms, advising local and international companies on a variety of legal, corporate and regulatory matters, as well as on trust administration.  

She was an instructor in Commercial Law I and II at Universidad de la República (Uruguay) from 2018 to 2021.

Since 2022 she has been an instructor for the module “Legal and Tax Framework” in the Executive Program in Financial Investments at Universidad ORT (Uruguay).
