Her practice focuses on advising on and executing all types of civil and commercial contracts, urban and rural real estate purchases and sales, and leases. She has particular experience in commercial establishment purchase and sale agreements.

She also actively participates in real estate development advice, structuring and financing, for both condominium developments and residential complexes.

Ana Inés has experience in the preparation of mortgage, pledge and leasing agreements, and supervision of security interests in the Uruguayan banking system.

She has participated in the most important transactions in Uruguay’s forestry sector. She has also collaborated actively on a variety of due diligence procedures for corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Ana Inés earned her degree as notary public from Universidad de la República (Uruguay) and is a member of the Notarial Association of Uruguay, where she is a member of the Banking Commission.
