Natalia has advised companies on all stages of their activities, including organization, operation and expansion, as well as on complex mergers and acquisitions, both locally and internationally.
Her expertise in Oil & Gas bridges a variety of issues, including negotiation, analysis and drafting of contracts related to hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation activities, petroleum services, transport and purchase-sale of gas. She has experience in preparing specialized reports, including analysis for dispute resolution in the sector. She has also advised on regulatory aspects covering the full hydrocarbons production chain, including fuel import processes and relations with the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH).
In the mining area, Natalia has experience in analyzing and drafting complex legal reports on mining production chain activities, as well as evaluation of key documentation, including administrative mining agreements, licenses, patents, and other technical and regulatory instruments.
She holds a Master’s degree in Legal Tech and Energy Law, as a Fundación Carolina scholarship holder, from Universidad CEU San Pablo (Spain), and did an internship with the law firm Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo. She is currently completing a Diploma in Mining Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, in Chile.
