Natalia Villarroel

Natalia has a solid background and experience in the energy and natural resources sector, providing specialized and strategic legal advice to companies operating in the industry.

Her practice specializes in the Oil & Gas and Mining areas, ensuring compliance with current regulations and quality solutions to the challenges of the sector. She also has knowledge in the operation and regulation of renewable energies, such as wind power energy, solar photovoltaic and green hydrogen.

Her expertise in Oil & Gas covers a variety of issues, including the negotiation, analysis and drafting of contracts related to hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation activities, Petroleum Services Contracts, dispute resolution and environmental and safety regulatory issues.
Within the area of natural resources and mining, Natalia has experience in the review and analysis of administrative mining agreements, licenses, and patents, drafting reports of complexity in the matter.

Natalia has extensive experience in the commercial area of law, assisting companies in every stage of their natural line of business, as well as in complex M&A transactions, both nationally and internationally.

She is currently completing her Masters degree in Legal Tech and Energy Law, as a scholarship holder by the Fundación Carolina, with the San Pablo CEU University and the law firm Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, where she completed an internship in the city of Madrid, Spain.
