Ángela Fernanda Rodríguez

Ángela Rodríguez is an associate at Ferrere. She is a member of the Banking & Finance, Regulatory, Corporate, Compliance, ESG and Litigation teams.

Her professional practice focuses on corporate and regulatory advice, where she has experience in corporate organization, commercial compliance due diligence procedures, preparation of complex agreements, and labor advice. She has also participated in preparing administrative appeals vis-à-vis regulatory authorities for financial entities and companies, as well as civil actions.

Additionally, she has experience advising on intellectual property, including applications for trademarks and distinctive signs, and has participated in challenges against the National Intellectual Property Service and trademark oppositions.

Graduated summa cum laude with specialization in Corporate Law from Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB) and enrolled in the Diploma Program in Banking & Finance at the same university. She is also currently engaged in academic legal research and has broad experience in drafting academic legal articles.
