Montserrat Puente is a senior associate at FERRERE Paraguay. Her practice focuses on advice to local and foreign clients on broad ranging intellectual property and regulatory matters, and she handles an intellectual property portfolio at local and foreign levels. Additionally, her practice includes issues such as regulatory compliance on personal data protection and e-commerce and protection of intangible assets focusing on new technologies.
