Her practice focuses on corporate and regulatory advice, particularly on matters related to the financial system and capital market, project finance, and agreements associated with audiovisual projects.

Before joining FERRERE, she was an intern at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and worked at the Uruguayan Parliament as legislative advisor to a senator, where she participated in the analysis and preparation of regulatory initiatives. She has also been involved in volunteer programs of Fundación Pro Bono Uruguay.

Delfina has participated in international competitions on human rights and competition law, where she garnered recognition for her academic performance.

She earned her degree as attorney from Universidad de Montevideo in 2025, with the best average in the history of the university’s Law School.
