Carmela Urioste is a member of the FERRERE Uruguay Real Estate team, where she focuses on real estate, motor vehicle, corporate and commercial matters.

Her work includes collaborating directly with clients as well as coordinating with other areas of the firm, advising on notarial matters and participating in the drafting of a variety of notarial documents.

She has been involved in implementing commitments and purchase agreements for real estate and vehicles, as well as corporate organizations and formalization of diverse acts and contracts related to the corporate area.
