We are pleased to announce that our client Navios South American logistics successfully concluded a US$400 million bond issue in Norway on which it turned to our corporate team for advice on the transaction.
The deal, which closed on July 14, 2025, will allow the company to refinance existing bank debt and to finance general corporate purposes, including investments planned in Uruguay.
At the same time, an independent FERRERE team advised Nordic Trustee AS, acting on behalf of and representing the bondholders.
