The FERRERE team in Asunción advised IDB Invest on a new bond issue, accompanying and counseling it on all legal aspects of the process.
Issuance took place on June 28, 2023, at the Asunción Securities Exchange in Paraguay, as Series 1 of the Global G3 Issuance Program for a nominal value of 90 billion guaranies, the equivalent of 12 million US dollars. With this, the organization has once again ratified its confidence in the country.
