FERRERE advised the private equity fund Linzor Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in the technology firms inConcert and Convertia, with a presence in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica and Uruguay, and clients in more than 30 countries worldwide.
inConcert and Convertía have extensive experience in leading multiple technological processes and migration to the cloud in the main economic sectors for sales generation and all interactions with prospects and customers in oral and written form.
