Her practice focuses on the real estate and corporate and commercial area, where she provides notarial and commercial advice to local and international clients.

She also collaborates closely with other departments at the firm to offer solutions on legal structures and transactions.

Her experience covers real estate purchase-sale agreements and commitments, vehicle transfers, company organization, as well as other acts and contracts related to the corporate sphere.

Valeria earned her degree as Notary Public from the Law School of Universidad de la República (Uruguay) in 2024.
