Her practice focuses on labor matters for corporate clients, especially large multinationals with operations in Paraguay. Her international clients include Cargill, Ericsson, VALE, InterBarge, Millicom (TIGO), America Movil (CLARO), Diageo, SIKA AG, Leoni, Schlumberger, Ball Corporation, Abbott and Mosaic.
She also collaborates actively with FERRERE’s Corporate and Commercial and Company Law areas, designing solutions for clients on matters such as share purchases, capitalizations, reinvestments and corporate structure optimization.
In addition to her primary practice area she has experience in telecommunications, garnered while holding a position as in-house counsel for a multinational in this line of business in Paraguay. Her professional practice includes advising companies of different industries in the area of telecommunications, the day to day issues and in obtaining licenses or registrations necessary to operate in Paraguay. In connection with this practice, in 2008 she published the book Derecho de las Telecomunicaciones en Paraguay. Nociones Elementales (Telecommunications Law in Paraguay. Fundamentals).
She has collaborated frequently since 2009 on the legal review La Ley Paraguaya (Paraguayan Law).
