Her practice focuses on the firm’s corporate, commercial and real estate areas, where she provides notarial advice to local and international clients.

She also works in coordination with the firm’s different areas, participating in the structuring and preparation of documents required for work requested periodically by clients.

Gloria has experience in the implementation of preliminary purchase agreements and title deeds for urban and rural real estate, mortgages, leases and procedures for incorporation and modification of companies, as well as in drafting and reviewing documentation related to corporate and commercial transactions.
