Daniela assists Uruguayan Free Trade Zone users and nonusers, providing legal support on their day-to-day operations and extraordinary matters. In corporate advice, she focuses primarily on commercial, governance, civil and regulatory issues involving compliance and employment, as well as free trade zones.
She has assisted companies in diverse activity sectors, such as Kemira, Specialized, Adium Pharma and Tata Consultancy Services.
She is a professor in Civil Law I and IV at the Law School of Universidad de la República (Uruguay).
Since 2020 she has been Academic Coordinator for the Uruguayan family and estate law yearbook, Anuario Uruguayo Crítico de Derecho de Familia y Sucesiones, participating in the Translations Section and coordinating the Legal Adoptions Section.
