Antonia Perille

Antonia Perille has been with FERRERE since 2023 and is currently a member of the Labor and Social Security team.

Her practice involves comprehensive advice to local and international companies on labor and social security law matters, with special emphasis on assistance with labor litigation and administrative procedures with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

Her advice focuses on matters related to job health, safety and hygiene, compliance with current legislation, and preparation and review of labor agreements.

She was previously part of the Litigation and Arbitration team, focusing on advice and representation in judicial and extrajudicial actions for asset recovery.

She earned her degree as attorney from Universidad de la República (Uruguay), where she represented the Law School at the Nuremberg Moot Court in the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 editions. She was also a member of the winning team in the ICC Moot Court Competition, 2024/2025 edition, where she was distinguished as best speaker in the competition.

She coauthored the book Litigación en Derecho Penal Internacional (International Criminal Law Litigation) published by Fundación de Cultura Universitaria, which compiles the Law School’s participations in such competitions.

In the context of her pro bono activities, she participates in the law clinic of the National Office for Support to Released Persons (DINALI), which provides free legal advice.
