FERRERE advised Nutrex, an agroindustrial company with operations in different markets in the region, on the acquisition of a grain processing plant and other assets owned by ContiParaguay.
FERRERE will continue supporting Nutrex on its Paraguay investment plan, involving land purchases, optimization of the operating plant, hiring of personnel, logistics improvements and construction of new facilities.
With these actions the company -which was founded in 2014 and exports to over 65 countries globally- is reinforcing its presence in the local market, while stepping up its regional operations.
