FERRERE advised Cruzimex in the negotiation of an agreement for distribution of Bacardi brands in Bolivia.

The advice focused primarily on tax and customs issues, as well as negotiation of specific terms and conditions of the distribution agreement and local operations. It included aspects related to exclusivity, intellectual property, business metrics and targets, among other critical aspects guarantying appropriate representation and distribution of the brand in national territory.

As a result of these negotiations, at the end of January, Cruzimex officially became the authorized distributor of this renowned name in spirits.
