Álvaro Moré became Grey’s new local representative in Uruguay, upon reopening of the agency. FERRERE Abogados provided counsel on the relaunch.

FERRERE participated in preparing the separation agreements with Francisco Vernazza –former Grey partner- and on the startup of Grey’s new agency in the country. The negotiations took nearly a year of planning and culminated at the end of June.

In the deal, Moré created a new association with the WPP group –with which he has already partnered in other companies and has an 18-year relationship– and became Grey’s new local representative.

The agency is now headed up by Diego Lazcano – former general creative director at Y&R- and has new staff and offices at Montevideo’s World Trade Center.
