It is a USD 25 million unsecured loan to Telefonica Cellular de Bolivia SA.
The loan is part of a larger facility agreement that also granted credit to Millicom International’s subsidiaries in Tanzania and Senegal.
The credit facility will be used to fund purchase of a mobile telecommunication system from Ericsson.
