FERRERE advised Agro Empresa Forestal on the structuring of the financial trust “Bosques del Uruguay 2” which on January 18 placed 70 million dollars in trust certificates, becoming a hall of famer when it comes to private company issuances.
The resources will be allocated to the acquisition of land and the sustainable plantation of Eucalyptus, seeking as main goal the sale of 3.6 million cubic metres of pulp and sawn lumber.
The promising return rate garnered offers for trust certificates exceeding 131 million dollars.
This trust is the second type of the lineage after “Bosques del Uruguay”.
