His practice involves advising local and foreign clients on corporate and competition matters in general.

He focuses on corporate, real estate, M&A, and general commercial contract issues. He also has experience regularly advising corporate clients on competition subjects, including procedures for notification of economic concentration transactions to the Paraguayan competition authority.

In the competition area, he has advised local and national companies in the context of administrative proceedings, both on notifications and on sanction processes conducted by the authority.

Tiago earned his degree as attorney cum laude, with emphasis on Private Law, from the School of Law and Diplomacy of Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” in 2025.
