He practice focuses on advice to local and international companies on corporate and commercial law matters. Her work covers issues related to mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, joint ventures, distribution agreements, company reorganizations and public procurement, among others.
She is also actively involved in due diligence procedures, transaction structuring and execution, corporate governance, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. She also assists companies in handling their day-to-day corporate matters.
Before joining FERRERE, Sarah worked as paralegal at different law firms, where she handled a variety of civil and commercial litigations.
Sarah earned her degree as attorney from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción in 2026. During her studies she participated actively as speaker in international commercial arbitration competitions, including MOOTMadrid-XVII International Commercial Arbitration and Trade Law Competition in Madrid, Spain, in 2025, and the Competition Law MOOT in Lima, Peru, in 2024. She is currently enrolled in the Notary program at the same university and in Economics at Universidad Americana. She has published articles in Paraguayan law journals.
