Her activity focuses on real estate, corporate and commercial matters, where she participates in advising and implementing diverse legal transactions and operations.

She is involved in work requested by clients periodically, in collaboration with other departments of the firm.

She also participates in the preparation and execution of diverse notarial documents, including purchase and sale agreements and deeds, mortgages, title searches and other work related to the corporate and real estate spheres.

She has experience in transactions involving the Uruguayan banking system, particularly the preparation of mortgage and guaranty agreements.
