Her professional practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions for local and international clients. She advises on corporate law matters including structuring and performing transactions, as well as drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements.

She also has experience in company law, including design and implementation of corporate structures and assistance on compliance with formal and regulatory obligations. She advises on preparation of corporate documents, shareholder agreements, and handling of day-to-day corporate matters.

Nicole participates actively in due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, company reorganizations and financing transactions.

Before joining FERRERE, she worked as associate with another Asunción law firm, where she was in charge of the corporate and compliance area.

Nicole earned her degree as attorney from the School of Law and Diplomacy at Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” in 2023.
