His practice focuses on corporate and Central Bank regulatory issues related to the financial sector and the capital market. In that context, he works with some of the country’s most relevant financial institutions.

 

He is part of the team that advises EF Asset Management, the country’s chief private trust company, on its day-to day operations as a financial trust and investment fund administrator.

 

Mauro was formerly a member of the FERRERE Life Sciences, Entertainment and Competition department, where he worked regularly with diverse pharmaceutical companies and the tech sector. His practice involved regulatory advice on approvals, permits and authorizations, as well as arrangements for representations and registry transfers for regulated products. He has experience in administrative procedures and administrative claim proceedings.
