In her professional practice she has participated in transactions involving real estate projects, including purchase agreements, guarantees and company structurings, collaborating with the firm’s Company Law and Corporate Governance department.  

Her practice areas include other work on purchase and payment agreements, vehicle transactions, and corporate structures.
