Her work focuses on matters related to the real estate, corporate and commercial areas, where she participates in advising and implementing diverse legal and business transactions.

She collaborates with the firm’s different teams on notarial, registry and company law matters, providing support for the structuring and performance of transactions for local and international clients.

She also has experience in title searches, bank financing, and review of documentation for financial and private banking institutions, including verifying compliance with legal and filing requirements for implementing transactions and guarantees.

Luciana earned her degree as Notary Public from the Law School of Universidad de la República (Uruguay) in 2022.
