Her practice focuses on the firm’s corporate, commercial, company law and real estate areas.

She works in direct contact with local and international clients and in coordination with different areas of the firm, providing notarial advice and participating in the preparation and formalization of notarial documentation.

She has experience in real estate purchase and sale agreements and deeds, motor vehicle purchases and sales, company organization processes, as well as in drafting diverse corporate records, contracts and transaction documents.
