Florencia Castelló is a member of the FERRERE Internacional team at its Aguada Park office. Her practice focuses on advice to companies on corporate and commercial matters, primarily on company law and regulatory matters related to the Free Trade Zone system.

She regularly assists diverse local and international companies on recurrent company law matters involved in their operations, such as balance sheet approval, dividends distribution, bylaws amendments, capital transactions, and company winding up and liquidation.

At corporate and commercial level, her practice involves contract analysis, commercial and net worth strategies, and a variety of queries related to business activity.

She obtained her degree as attorney from Universidad de la República (Uruguay) in 2014, and as notary public in 2017.
