His practice involves advising local and multinational companies on company and corporate transactions, as well as on M&A processes, where he participates in all stages: due diligence, contract preparation and transaction closing. He also assists clients on regulatory compliance and general company maintenance.

He has worked with companies in different industries, including food, logistics, education, electronic payments, among others.

He earned his degree as attorney from Universidad de Montevideo (Uruguay) in 2024 and has published in the competition review Anuario de Derecho de la Competencia.
