Her practice at the firm involves legal advice to local and international companies on labor and social security matters, with special emphasis on labor litigation and procedures before the Labor Administration.

She participates actively in regulatory compliance and contingency prevention issues, as well as health and job safety, hiring and corporate decentralization matters, and drafting and reviewing employment contracts.

She was formerly a member of the firm’s IP, Pharma and Food team, where she provided advice on the drafting and review of commercial contracts, as well as on consumer protection issues. She also has experience in procedures for annulment of administrative acts before the Administrative Claims Court.

Federica earned her degree as attorney from the Law School of Universidad de la República (Uruguay). She is currently an instructor in the Labor and Social Security Law department at the same university.
