Her practice focuses on legal advice to local and foreign companies on company law and corporate matters, from their organization to a variety of operating issues. In particular, her experience includes handling complex corporate matters, bylaws amendments, capital transactions, analyzing and structuring shareholder relations in shareholder agreements and other legal instruments, as well as participating in due diligence processes and purchases and sales of companies.
She also advises clients on contract matters, and the drafting and review of commercial and corporate governance contracts.
In 2025 she did a secondment with the UPM legal team, where she participated actively in the company’s in-house legal advisory, acquiring experience from an in-house perspective and in the day-to-day handling of corporate and regulatory matters.
Dolores earned her degree as attorney from Universidad de Montevideo (Uruguay) in 2024. Her native language is Spanish and she is fluent in English.
