His practice includes advice on corporate and commercial law. He has participated in numerous corporate acquisitions, due diligence procedures, and loan transactions involving international credit organizations. His practice also habitually includes drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, distribution contracts and other transactions on which he advises local and international clients.

He also leads the firm’s public contracting processes, advising local and foreign companies on all stages and types of government procurement.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in both Spain and Paraguay.

His prior experience includes work in Madrid for a Spanish firm, as well as in the Intellectual Property area of the Government Attorney’s Office of Paraguay.
