He has also participated in compliance reviews of multinational corporations, identifying contingencies and developing action plans.

On litigious matters, he has represented clients in civil and labor proceedings, and particularly in handling collections for manufacturing and services companies, defense in labor and social security matters for companies, and ongoing advice for preventive management of internal and external disputes for a variety of business companies engaging in different areas of activity. He also has broad experience representing clients and planning strategies for national and international commercial arbitrations.
