Agustina Pérez Lete

Agustina Pérez Lete is a member of the Corporate, Energy & Infrastructure team at FERRERE.

Her practice is focused on advising international and local companies on the development of energy and infrastructure projects (wind and solar parks, installation of high voltage lines, and rehabilitation and construction of the national railway), requiring the preparation and review of project documents, including EPC and O&M agreements. 

She participates actively in the financing of several energy and infrastructure projects, advising multilateral organizations, such as the Inter-American Development Bank, Corporación Andina de Fomento and DEG - Deutsche Investitions - und Entwicklungsgesellschaft MBH, on the preparation of finance documents (including, loan agreements, sponsor support and share retention agreements, local security contracts). 

She has also been part of advisory teams on energy company sales and in due diligence processes, providing know-how on corporate matters.
