In the course of 2019, in the framework of the fourth round of mutual evaluations, Uruguay will be evaluated by the Financial Action Task Force on Latin America (Gafilat).
This evaluation process will consist of preparation of questionnaires, visits by evaluators, and publication and follow-up on the evaluation for purposes of assessing where the country is per international standards.
