On September 9, 2019, regulatory decree 261/019 of the Public-Private Participation Law was promulgated.

By this means, the aforementioned decree replaces the original regulatory text, stating that, prior to the definitive adjudication in the contracts under the PPP regime, a previous report of the SENACLAFT must be available (which may consult the Unit Information and Financial Analysis) regarding the suitability of the final beneficiaries of the awarded entity and the origin of the funds in question.

This change is introduced, mentioning that SENACLAFT is the body specialized in the field.
