In May 2022, the National Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Secretariat (SENACLAFT) updated its instructions on documentation and information to be submitted by proponents of cannabis related projections, to obtain issuance of SENACLAFT reports. They establish that the proponent must have an electronic domicile on file with SENACLAFT as provided in Decree No. 355/21.
