Through Resolution No. 2218 dated December 29, 2023, the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) published the list of pre-qualified bidders that will compete for the award of the Public-Private Partnership contract within the framework of the project for the expansion and improvement of Route PY01 (PPP Project) under Law No. 5102/2013 of Public-Private Partnership (PPP Law).

The MOPC pre-qualified a total of 14 companies, grouped in 5 consortiums:

Below is a summary of the next stages of the process.

Competitive dialogue: during this stage, the pre-qualified bidders, along with their potential financiers, will have the opportunity to raise inquiries and submit proposals for improvements to the draft bidding terms and conditions, as well as the PPP contract. This stage will last for one month, with the possibility of an additional one-month extension.

Public Tender: once the competitive dialogue stage is closed, the MOPC will call for a public tender for the award of the PPP contract. Only pre-qualified bidders will be allowed to participate in said public tender.
