The Specific Instructions for Operators of Gaming and Casino Activities with a Risk Management Based Approach against Money Laundering (LGI), Financing of Terrorism (FT) and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (FPADM) (hereinafter, "the Instructions for Operators of Gaming and Casino Activities") were approved by Administrative Resolution No. UIF/23/2023 on April 14, 2023. Its objective is to establish specific guidelines for the implementation of ML/FT and FPADM Risk Management in Gaming and Casino activities.

These Instructions for Operators of Gaming and Casino Activities lists all legal entities with an operating license issued by the Supervision Authority of Gaming (AJ), to carry out Gaming and Casino activities in their parent companies and branches as obligated parties.

Likewise, it lists the obligations of the Regulated Entities to know their internal clients (employees) and obtain information from members of the Board of Directors or Assembly of Partners and their Partners and Shareholders to establish their ML/FT and FPADM´s risk profile. These obligations are intended to enable Regulated Entities to apply due diligence measures.
