Global Arbitration Review announced its 2021 edition of the GAR 100, a list of the most highly acclaimed law firms in arbitration worldwide, in which Ferrere has once again been distinguished.
This year the prestigious publication, following a survey and research process, has included 191 firms from 52 countries based on their reputation, quantity and quality of work, and experience in arbitration.
GAR 100 underscores the regional presence of Ferrere, the only South America firm that has sought its own regional expansion from Uruguay—where it is the market’s largest firm—to Bolivia and Paraguay. This year’s GAR 100 includes just under 20 firms in all of Latin America.
The publication cites recognitions by Ferrere clients, including Shell, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, Petrobras and Glencore, as well as private capital groups such as Elliott & Associates, Bluecrest Capital Management and Linzor Capital.
