The FERRERE partners Nestor Loizaga and Martín Cerruti were included in the first edition of the M&A Powerlist Latin America 2024, prepared by The Legal 500, one of the most prestigious law publications at international level.
The list recognizes professionals in private practice who have facilitated the most outstanding and innovative transactions in Latin America, by providing creative solutions and specialized client advisory approaches.
Along this line, Loizaga and Cerruti have been included on a select list naming just over ten professionals, considering both jurisdictions. The Legal 500 recognizes both of these practitioners for the complexity and magnitude of the transactions they have worked on, as well as for their extensive experience advising a broad range of multinational companies.
