FERRERE advised The MARE Group on its landing in Bolivia. The MARE Group is a Uruguayan company, with offices also in Paraguay and Argentina, involved in representing and importing GE HealthCare medical equipment. In Bolivia, MARE represents the Ultrasound division.
FERRERE counseled MARE on organizing the company, its commercial and employment structure, as well as obtaining registries and import permits and conducting procedures with Bolivian regulatory authorities.
