FERRERE established a specialized Sports Law practice group early on.
For the world soccer championships of the FIFA Cup in Korea/Japan, in Germany and in South Africa, FERRERE was successfully involved in the broadcast and marketing rights negotiations and disputes.
FERRERE represents first-division soccer clubs and international sponsors in their most sensitive matters, has participated in drafting the Sports Corporations Law, and structured the first of such corporations, which today competes in official tournaments organized by the Uruguayan Soccer Association (Asociación Uruguaya de Fútbol).
