Her practice involves advising on the day-to-day operations of a variety of corporate vehicles. She is experienced in company organization, functioning, reorganization, dissolution and liquidation, as well as bylaw amendments, capitalizations, share and partnership interest transfers, and share structure changes.

She also participates in preparing and reviewing contracts, shareholders and board of directors minutes, powers of attorney, and other corporate documents. She advises on maintenance and regularization of corporate books, updates of administrative filings, and compliance with other corporate obligations.

Her practice comprises advice on acquisitions of local companies, transfer of corporate stakes, due diligence processes, and corporate regularizations.

She earned her degree as attorney from the law school of Universidad Nacional de Asunción in 2024.
