Manuela Rainoldi

Manuela Rainoldi is a member of the FERRERE Litigation and Arbitration department.

Her practice focuses on litigation development in family personal and property matters, both local and international, as well as proceedings involving domestic violence, gender, and persons in vulnerable situations.

She also has experience in inheritance matters, where she advises clients on multi-jurisdiction succession disputes and participates in negotiations and strategies for personal and estate planning.

From 2022 to 2023, Manuela was a member of the team representing major foreign financial institutions, in multi-million dollar legal claims deriving from the Uruguayan banking crisis and bank fraud in 2002.

In her pro bono community activities, she has participated as tutor in the Liceo Jubilar high school tutorship program, and in the law clinic providing free legal advice to formerly incarcerated individuals registered with the job bank of the National Office for Support to Released Persons (DINALI).
