Attorney with more than five years’ experience in commercial, corporate, regulatory and energy law, with special focus on mining and hydrocarbon sectors.

Advises local and foreign companies on developing operations and projects in Bolivia, including cross-border transactions, contract structuring, and regulatory compliance in highly regulated industries.

His professional practice includes participating in mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence processes and preparation of legal reports, as well as structuring and legal management of mining and oil and gas projects. In this context he is involved in designing complex corporate and contract structures, including joint ventures, company organization, cooperation agreements, partnership agreements, and industry-specific contracts.

He provides ongoing corporate advice to business companies on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company and contract management matters.

He is a member of the Bolivian Institute of Arbitration and Conciliation (IBAC-40).
