His practice focuses on labor advice to local and international companies, including comprehensive handling of labor relations, preparation and review of employment and civil contracts for provision of services, as well as assistance on administrative processes with labor and social security authorities. He also has experience in occupational health, hygiene and safety matters.

He participates actively in preparing technical reports and in the analysis of labor contingencies, providing strategic support for corporate decision-making.

His practice also includes assistance on labor audits and implementation of internal human resource policies.

He earned his degree as attorney from Universidad Nacional de Asunción in 2024.
